April 3rd, 2007 at 6:46 am · Edit I have seen no comments in reference to the proposed withdrawal of Glasgow University from the Crichton Campus at Dumfries that concern the unique nature within the UK system, of its academic curriculum . Specifically its unique inclusion (even if at the graduate level) of a Liberal Arts Curriculum .
With the departure of Glasgow University from Crichton, the Liberal Arts would once again be totally absent from the British educational system at a time when its undertaking might be of particular significance.
Does this observation have a bearing here and what did happen to the earlier ‘core curriculum’ endeavour at Keele.
